Industrial Visit to Tea Factory at Ooty (B.Com(CA))

The department of commerce with computer application drew up a plan to go for an industrial visit to the tea factory located in Ooty. The trip was scheduled from 8th March 2023 to 11th March 2023. A total number of 136 students along with 3 faculties visited the tea factory to encounter the mechanism of tea powder making.  It was really an amazing experience.

DATE: 29.10.2022 PLACE OF VISIT : BM Birla Planetarium, Kotturpuram, Chennai–600025. SUMMARY: 50 students of Department of Physics with CA went for Field visit to BM Birla Planetarium, Kotturpuram, Chennai – 600025 on 29.10.2022. At the Planetarium, the sky science and astronomy was explained through different telescopes, different parks for their curriculum based learning of Environmental studies and eight galleries for their concept enhancement.

Industrial Visit: “Vainu Bappu Observatory”, Kavalur

Date: 18.03.2024 Place of Visit: “Vainu Bappu Observatory”, Kavalur, Tirupattur district SUMMARY: 41 students of Department of Physics with CA went for Field visit to “Vainu Bappu Observatory”, Kavalur on 18-03-2024 from all years. An Observatory demonstration was given on 3rd largest telescope in Asia. Night sky observation had been done, that the students visualized the Moon and Jupitar through an optical telescope. Students were surprised to learn about the Observatory and involved eagerly in demo session.
