. The parents meet of all the departments was held on 17.08.2024. Initially, there was a meeting of all the parents with the HOD and faculty members of the department. During this meet, there was a general discussion about the college’s developments and the role of parents in shaping the future of the college as well as their wards. Parents were deliberated about the NAAC initiatives of the college and parents’ contribution towards obtaining NAAC grades. After this initial exercise, each parent met with the HOD and the class about their ward’s academic performance in Continuous Assessment Test I (CAT I) and Last semester University examination results, the attendance, general behavior in the class were brought to the notice of the parents. The good academic performance as well as behaviors were appreciated and when there is a lack, parents were directed to pay more attention to their wards at home. In general, students were motivated and encouraged in the presence of parents. This meet helped in bridging the gap between the parents and teachers in improving the quality of education of students.

Anti-Ragging and Discipline Committee of our college organized a Student Awareness Program on 09/08/2024 to educate students about the social and legal consequences of ragging.Day: 2 Chief Guest was Mr. M. SATHISH, an Advocate practicing at Madurantakam court.The program featured informative sessions and Interactive discussions. The initiative was well-received, with students showing a strong commitment to maintaining a ragging-free campus.
