Industrial Visit to Modern Bakers – Practical Exposure to Bakery Production

The Department of BBA organized an Industrial Visit to Modern Bakers on 14.08.2026 to provide students with practical exposure to the functioning of a bakery production unit. Around 118 students, accompanied by faculty members, participated in the industrial visit.

The visit helped students gain a better understanding of the various stages involved in bakery production, from raw material selection and preparation to baking, packaging, quality control, and distribution. It provided valuable practical insights into the production process and helped students relate their theoretical knowledge to real-world industrial practices.
