The Faculty Development Programme on “Personality Development for Teachers” at Sri Malolan College of Arts and Science, Madurantakam, took place from 14th to 18th February 2023. The event covered topics like mental health, financial management, yoga, teaching methods, and personal growth, led by experts in each field. The programme concluded with a valedictory address by Principal Dr. V. Subathra, celebrating the participants’ commitment to professional development and continuous learning. Overall, it was a successful and enriching experience for all involved.
