3-Day Heartfulness Meditation Practice Programme for Holistic Student Well-Being
The institution demonstrated its continued commitment to the holistic development and well-being of its students by organising a 3-Day Heartfulness Meditation Practice Programme from 4th to 6th August 2026.
The programme was conducted by certified trainers from Heartfulness Institute under the HELM (Heartfulness Education for Life and Learning) initiative and was attended by approximately 1,100 students, along with the Director – Academic, Principal, Vice-Principal and faculty members.
During the sessions, students were introduced to relaxation techniques, heart-based meditation, concentration practices and methods for managing stress and emotional balance. The programme also highlighted the importance of maintaining a healthy mind, positive lifestyle and overall well-being through regular meditation.
The students participated actively and shared positive feedback, expressing that the sessions helped them feel more calm, focused and motivated.
