As part of our curriculum, we conducted an industrial visit on 8th February 2025 to the Renewable Energy Production Centre and Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Science Centre & Planetarium in Lawspet, Puducherry. 35 students participated in this Industrial visit, which provided practical exposure to renewable energy technologies and advancements in space science. At the Renewable Energy Production Centre, students learnt about different renewable energy sources, including solar, wind, and biomass energy. Experts demonstrated the latest technologies used in sustainable power generation and energy conservation. The visit helped students understand the real-world applications of these technologies in addressing energy challenges.
At Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Science Centre & Planetarium, students explored various interactive science exhibits and attended an engaging planetarium session. The session provided an immersive experience on celestial bodies, space exploration, and astronomy, enhancing their knowledge of astrophysics.
