Internal Complaints Committee(ICC)
The Internal Complaints Committee (ICC) of the college has been established in accordance with the UGC guidelines of the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace. The Committee aims to maintain a safe, inclusive, and respectful academic environment where all members of the college community can pursue their educational and professional goals without fear or discrimination. It is responsible for preventing sexual harassment on campus and ensuring that any reported incidents are addressed through a fair, impartial, and confidential process.
As the statutory body for grievance redressal, the ICC examines complaints of sexual harassment from students, faculty, and non-teaching staff. In addition to its inquiry and redressal duties, the Committee undertakes proactive measures such as awareness initiatives, orientation programmes, and sensitization workshops aimed at promoting a culture of dignity, equality, and mutual respect. Through its commitment to due process and supportive engagement, the ICC upholds the rights and well-being of every individual on campus.
