Educational Development Day 2026: Honouring the Legacy of Karma Veerar K. Kamarajar
The Department of Physics with Computer Applications celebrated Educational Development Day on 15th July 2026 to commemorate the 124th Birth Anniversary of Karma Veerar K. Kamarajar. The programme commenced with a welcome address by Dr. M. Mohanbabu, Head of the Department. Dr. D. Muruganandam, Principal highlighted the educational contributions of Kalvikkan Thiranthavar Kamarajar, and Mr. K. N. Babu, Vice Principal delivered a motivational address on Kamarajar’s vision to the students. A plantation drive was organized at the Physics Park with the active participation of faculty members and students. Students also delivered speeches on the life and achievements of Karma Veerar Kamarajar. The programme concluded with a vote of thanks by Mr. J. Arunkarthikeyan, Assistant Professor, Department of Physics.
